Its not an intense bout of unmetered desire,but rather slow and consistent effort, built up over time - through continuous and somewhat predictable actions.

Passion can sometimes look boring because flowers and chocolates every week is predictable, studying everyday gets boring, writing code every other time gets monotonous, practicing the same song in the piano everyday gets tiresome.

Don't let the world fool you into thinking your passion should excite you every single waking hour, that your relationships should be a continuous consistent high that should only consist of excursions and sunsets on the beach, or that you should be totally 'feeling' your profession.

Passion will look boring, not because it always is,

But because;

Passion is a verb not an adjective,

Its an action,not a feeling.

And like all things that matter in life, it is not given by some magical fairy,

It is intentional, it is learnt and it is worked for
